How much is the refund? 

We can reclaim, all the VAT you have paid – currently 17·5% in the U.K. but as high as 25% in other EU countries

Will the EU VAT authorities contact me? 

No, we are your agents and handle all enquiries. It is a very discreet service and neither you nor your company are exposed to inspection

How much do you charge for the refund? 

We are very flexible and will ensure that the cost reflects the number and value of the invoices. However, it is normally 15% to 25% of the recovered money but please contact us for a specific quote

What do I pay if my claim is unsuccessful?

Nothing. You will only pay a commission based on the money refunded – no refund, no fee.

How do I get my refund? 

The Authorities must pay the refund within 6 months from submission. The UK is quite prompt, some EU countries take considerably longer. When we receive the refund from the EU VAT authorities, we then transfer the money to your nominated bank account (this information is confidential between you and us)
